Shipping and returns
Delivery time
Every OWNLYOU piece of jewelry you create is individually designed and manufactured for you. The production time is approx. 4 weeks . For products from an existing collection, the delivery time is 2-3 working days. Exceptions are pre-sales. Please note the individual dispatch date in the product information.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation by email from us. The shipping time depends on your place of residence:
Germany: 2-3 working days
Europe: 3-6 working days
Outside Europe: 10-12 working days
With the specified shipping times it is the usual delivery time estimated by our shipping partners. Holidays, strikes, errors in the post office or in the specified address, overloading of the post office or unforeseen events can delay delivery. No guarantee can therefore be given for a specific delivery date.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs within Germany are € 2.95, to Austria and Switzerland € 5.95.
For orders of € 20 or more, we cover the shipping costs within Germany.
Please note: OWNLYOU Conscious Corner products are shipped with Deutsche Post. The shipping costs are only € 1.00 within Germany and € 2.00 to Europe.
Return
TO THE RETURN FORM
Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used for the purchase.
Please note: Returns Products must be in their original condition. Boxes must be completely intact, products must be new and unworn. No unfree parcels can be accepted.
OWNLYOU Conscious Corner products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchange
If you would like another piece of jewelry better, that is of course not a problem! Please send us your piece of jewelry back and simply order the OWNLYOU piece of jewelry you want in our online shop. Please note the point above "Returns" for the return.
